Privacy & Cookies
The short version: we collect as little as possible, don't track you, and tell you exactly what the cookies do.
Cookies we use
We use only the cookies and local storage the site needs to work:
- βSession cookie β set only when you sign in, so you stay logged in. Cleared when you log out.
- βLocal preferencesβ your theme (dark/light) and table-column choices, stored in your own browser's local storage. Never sent to us.
We do notuse advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Because everything above is strictly necessary, GDPR/ePrivacy doesn't require a consent banner β so we don't nag you with one.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It records aggregate page views and performance β it doesn't set cookies, fingerprint your device, track you across other sites, or build a profile about you.
Affiliate links
Our buy buttons to eBay, AliExpress and Amazon are affiliate links. If you buy something after following one, we may earn a small commission β at no extra cost to you. It helps keep the catalog running and ad-free. Those retailers may set their own cookies once you land on their site; that's governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Your account & contributions
If you sign up, we store the basics needed for an account: your username, optional display name, and β if you choose to add one β an email. You can sign in with Google or GitHub instead, in which case we never see a password. An email is optional and only used for sign-in and notifications you opt into.
This is a community catalog, so contributions are public: the Mini PCs you add or edit, your comments, and your votes are visible to everyone, and every edit is recorded in a public revision history attributed to your username. Please don't put anything private in a contribution or comment.
Questions
This is a hobby project, kept deliberately simple. If something here is unclear, the About page explains how the site works.
